It suppresses the occurrence of decay, rust, algae, and slime in the chiller cooling water during the injection molding and die-casting processes, contributing to the stabilization of product quality and the maintenance of cooling efficiency. By managing cooling water with super alkaline ion water (pH 12.5 / pH 13.1), it helps reduce cleaning work and maintenance labor in the cooling circuit, decrease foul odors, and create a comfortable working environment. Since it does not generate acidic water or chlorine gas, it is easy to install in various locations and enables excellent rust prevention in cooling water management. We offer models with a production capacity of 15L to 60L per hour, allowing for selection based on application needs.
